Welcome to PeptideIntel. By using our mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
PeptideIntel is a price comparison platform for peptides, SARMs, and research chemicals intended for scientific and laboratory research purposes only. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from third-party vendors. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute any products.
All products listed on PeptideIntel are intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only, not for human consumption. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will use the information provided solely for lawful research purposes.
PeptideIntel does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. The app uses an anonymous device identifier stored locally on your device to save your preferences, watchlists, favorites, alerts, notes, and other app data. No email address, password, or other personal credentials are required. Your app data is tied to your device and cannot currently be transferred to another device.
PeptideIntel is moving to a vendor-funded model. Consumer app features are currently unlocked for users, and we are not promoting new user subscriptions as the primary access model.
If you previously started a PeptideIntel subscription or trial, that subscription remains managed by Apple or Google until you cancel it through your device's subscription settings. Consumer app features remain available regardless of legacy subscription status.
Apple and Google control all billing receipts, renewal reminders, price-change notices, cancellations, and refund processing. PeptideIntel never receives or stores your card details and cannot issue refunds on platform purchases.
Vendors may apply to be listed, verified, featured, or recommended on PeptideIntel. Vendor participation may include manual review, verification, analytics, coupons, sponsored placement, or other vendor-funded visibility. Sponsored or featured placements should be clearly labeled in the app.
All purchases made through PeptideIntel are final. This includes vendor program fees and any future paid services offered through the platform.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: early cancellation, dissatisfaction with the Service, service interruptions, placement changes, or changes to features or pricing.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Platform-managed legacy subscriptions remain subject to Apple or Google refund processes.
PeptideIntel may earn affiliate commissions when you click "Buy Now" links or use discount codes to purchase products from third-party vendors. These affiliate relationships do not affect the pricing information displayed to you. Discount codes labeled "App Exclusive" are provided by vendors for PeptideIntel users and may be subject to vendor-specific terms and conditions.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, PeptideIntel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed, including but not limited to: prices, vendor trust ratings, availability, and product details. All information is subject to change without notice. Always verify information directly with the vendor before making a purchase.
Vendor trust ratings and risk assessments represent the opinions and assessments of PeptideIntel based on available information and internal criteria. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of any vendor's products or services.
The Service contains links to third-party vendor websites. PeptideIntel is not responsible for the content, products, services, availability, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with vendors are solely between you and the vendor.
All content, design, and functionality of PeptideIntel are the property of PeptideIntel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
PeptideIntel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall PeptideIntel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: losses arising from reliance on vendor trust ratings, purchasing decisions made using our price comparison data, notification timing, product availability, or any interactions with third-party vendors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service for any device, user, or vendor at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the right to use the Service immediately ceases. If access or placement is terminated for violating these Terms, no refund of any vendor program fees or other platform fees will be provided.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
